At Sitoralife, we strive to deliver premium-quality corporate, office, and industrial furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 3days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unassembled.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The product arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is incomplete due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
- Furniture manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Clearance or promotional sale items.
- Used, assembled, or modified products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact Sitoralife within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Send photos or videos showing the issue.
- Wait for return approval before shipping the product.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After inspection of the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping fees, installation charges, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
Products are replaced only if they:
- Are defective.
- Arrive damaged.
- Were incorrectly delivered.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, Sitoralife will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
If the return is approved for any other eligible reason, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Standard products may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
